We currently have an opening for in our Barrie, Ontario location for an Inside Sales Support Position. This is a full-time seasonal position with annual winter lay-off. This key position within our organization will report to the Location Supervisor


JOB SUMMARY


The Inside Sales group supports customers by providing knowledgeable information, answering questions and responding to complaints. We are the front line support for the sales organization and our customers. Creating and maintaining positive relationships is an essential part of our job as such, we must respond to customers in a friendly and professional manner. Inside sales plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.


The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented individual with a strong, self-directed work ethic. In a busy work environment, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines is a necessity. Weekend availability may be required.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
Answer customer questions in a knowledgeable and timely manner.
Perform daily administrative tasks to assist with maintaining the efficient operation of the office, including, but not limited to, review of outstanding orders, random load audits, cycle counting.
Promoting and abiding ongoing safety in the workplace.
Process customer orders quickly and accurately.
Willing to work extra hours if required to complete tasks.
Other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.


QUALIFICATIONS


Minimum High School graduate
Proficient computer skills, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office
Ability to perform basic math equations to use for estimating the cost of landscape projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as problem solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities, work with strict deadlines, attend to projects, and work processes with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Valid Ontario driver's license
Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment driver and criminal background check
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
